11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or any related bonus balance will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be returned upon KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by unik777

11.3 Inactive Accounts
